Anthony Schey is a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker and Franchise Owner of Lakeplace.com of Southern Wisconsin with more than 20 years of real estate experience. He specializes in lake homes, waterfront properties, vacation homes, residential real estate, and investment properties throughout Sauk, Dane, Columbia, Adams, and surrounding South Central Wisconsin counties.

Growing up in Northern Wisconsin in a family involved in real estate gave Anthony an early appreciation for Wisconsin homes, land, lakes, and the work that goes into maintaining and improving property. Following his service in the United States Army, he brought that same discipline and attention to detail into his real estate career.

Today, Anthony especially enjoys helping clients buy and sell the types of properties that remind him of his Wisconsin upbringing—lake homes, waterfront cabins, vacation properties, recreational properties, fixer-uppers, and real estate investments.

As the Franchise Owner of Lakeplace.com of Southern Wisconsin, Anthony has a particular focus on waterfront real estate throughout South Central Wisconsin, including properties on and around Lake Wisconsin, Lake Redstone, Dutch Hollow Lake, Lake Petenwell, and other area lakes.

As a Buyer’s Agent, Anthony starts by listening to what his clients actually want. He helps buyers evaluate properties, understand market conditions, and find the right home or waterfront property at the right price.

As a Listing Agent, Anthony combines market knowledge with customized marketing designed to showcase what makes each property special. For waterfront homes, that means marketing not only the house but also the water frontage, views, shoreline, recreational opportunities, privacy, and lake lifestyle that buyers are searching for.

Outside of real estate, Anthony enjoys Wisconsin's outdoors, spending time in the country with his family, and serving his community as a Volunteer Firefighter.
